SALE AGREEMENT FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND

This SALE AGREEMENT is executed on


(Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) (AADHAAR No. ) (PAN No. ) aged years (S/o/D/o/W/o) residing at Door No./Flat No., (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR” which term shall mean and include, wherever the context permits, all his heirs, legal representatives, assignees, nominees etc.


In favour of

(Mr./Ms./Sri./Smt.) (AADHAAR No. ) (PAN No. ) aged years (S/o/D/o/W/o) residing at Door No./Flat No., (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE” which term shall mean and include, wherever the context permits, all their executors, administrators, successors-in-interest, nominees and assignees etc.,



Whereas the vendor as absolute owner of the Schedule mentioned Zeroithi Land covered by Survey No. of (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State, admeasuring Acres being a sale agreement by the vendor subsequently the vendor got issued 1B bearing Survey No. in his name by the concern Tahasildar, , and also mutated in his name in the revenue records i.e., Adangal Copies and 1B (ROR) Copies.

WHEREAS the vendor is need of money for his necessities and offered to sell the schedule land for an extent of Acres to a prospective purchaser. The vendee willing to purchase the same as follows.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The vendee herein offered for purchasing the Agricultural (Dry/Wet) land admeasuring Acres situated at (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State, from the vendor @ Rs. /- (Rupees ) per Acre as sale consideration.
  2. The Rs. /- (Rupees ) have paid an amount of Rs. /- (Rupees ) by way of (cash/Online/Cheque) at the time of Execution of this Agreement towards advance amount and as a part of Sale consideration.
  3. Both the parties are agreeing to complete sale proceeds for the Total Extent of Acres and pay the total sale consideration as per the above mentioned rate within days from the date of execution of this agreement.

All that the Agricultural (Dry/Wet) Land admeasuring situated at (Village/Muncipality) , Mandal, Dist., State.
